Refund and Return Policy
At Aynaa Jewels, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Any exchange or refund requests will only be considered if the error originates from our end, and we will require supporting proof from the customer.
Return time: Within 24 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted only if the received product is damaged or if the wrong product was delivered.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. Damaged Product: The product must be damaged at the time of delivery. Damage claims made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be considered.
2. Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return and exchange. We will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item promptly.
3. Proof of Issue: An unboxing video should be from the start of the package including the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order. The video should be unfiltered, and unedited with no cuts in between.
NOTE: If exceeds 24 hours aynaajewels.in will under no circumstance process the refund.

-Include your order details and a description of the issue.
-Attach photos and videos as evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
Return Process: After receiving your return request and the necessary evidence, our team will assess the details provided. If your return is approved, you will be given further instructions on how to complete the return process.
Refund or Replacement: Based on product availability and your preference, we will provide either a refund or a replacement for the damaged item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
